EARLY MORNING
STEP 1: EYE WASH
1. Mouthful water and then wash eyes -
wash thoroughly with gulab jal in eye wash cup.
STEP 2: HOMEMADE TONIC
2. Eye tonic- 7 soaked & peeled gurbandi almonds, 4 seeds of whole black pepper, thread mishri
crush all of them and add to milk and boil for 10min. Drink slowly sip by sip. Do not eat anything for the next 1 hr.
AFTERNOON
STEP 3: EYE CARE
1. Take break at work, close your eyes and
Sip water.
2. Relax your eyes-Rub your palm and place on eyes.
3. Use free time - press acupressure points and do exercises - rotate pupil.
4. Wash your eyes whenever go to washroom.
5. Use black and white screen phone.
6. Dont walk bare foot
7. Blink often
8. Sleep in dark room
9. Protect eye from heat and bright light
10. Eat amla every day
11. Eat eye strengthning food - carrot, ghee,
moong daal
12. Use screen protector on monitors
13. Practice sarvangasana yoga
STEP 4: EYE SOOTHER
1. 1 Teaspoon mahatriphla ghrit + 250 mg
abhrak bhasma followed by warm milk
2. Mahatriphla ghrit - massage soles with this
before sleep
STEP 5: MAHA EYE DROP
3. Put Mahatriphla ghrit - 2 drops in each eye, wait for 10min before you open eyes
